周末回家马上执行:

盒马买的鲜槐花,9.9元一盒

简单挑拣一下,扔掉叶子只留花

淘洗1、2遍

捞出挤干水分

槐花放在容器里,往上撒面粉(特意查了这一步不拘小节,可以撒各种面,比如:玉米面、莜麦面、全麦面、荞麦面..也可以对半放入)
为了增添槐花的口味,建议再放点盐,如果爱吃甜味就放白糖

要让每朵花都裹上面粉,耐心一点哦!

拌好入蒸笼,水烧开中大火蒸8~10分钟

可以调点小料蘸着吃:蒜蓉+辣椒粉+草果粉+桂皮粉+花椒粉→淋热油;不爱吃辣可以蘸沙茶酱或白灼虾那种酱油碟

啥都不会蘸也是好吃的
下面来水一发我个人常用的[干锅花菜]做法,特点是少油:

花菜洗净分好,用盐水浸泡10分钟

准备五花肉片(一定要有肥肉哦)、青红线椒斜切小段、姜和大蒜切碎、一小把芹菜

炒的过程忘拍了,具体就是先把锅烧热、倒入一点点油(不需要太多,因为五花肉能熬出油)
大火煸炒半分钟五花肉后转中小火熬出油脂
倒入花菜和除芹菜之外的所有配料,炝炒3分钟
为了增香可在锅边淋一点料酒,加盐翻炒均匀
倒入耗油、生抽、最后加入芹菜炝炒半分钟,即可出锅!加了芹菜超级提味哦[s:a2:病娇]
[韭菜烧豆腐]

韧豆腐切成小方块,倒入一个打好的鸡蛋液,裹满,韭菜洗净切成一段一段

切好小米辣碎和蒜蓉,把生抽、老抽、耗油、一点白糖、清水混合在一个碗里搅匀

热油锅倒入豆腐煎至金黄

加入蒜蓉、小米辣和刚才调好的料汁大火炒,根据口味放盐

料汁吸收的差不多就可以放韭菜啦,翻炒几下就能出锅

我用的银耳碎,煮起来比较方便快捷

银耳和百合放入锅中加适量水大火煮开后转小火慢炖15分钟
