女朋友迟迟不肯领结婚证，怎么办

我们是相亲认识的，快一年了。我34，她31。她领过一次证，她爸妈说她前夫没功能，不碰她。她说这段婚姻是父母定的，没啥感情，想着早点结束，还陪了前夫几万块钱。相亲时她爸还说我女儿还是大姑娘，不信你可以检查。
我在隔壁城市上班，我们见面都是在双休日，我去她家。她没有主见，生活都是她爸妈安排好的，她特别传统，不结婚不能住一起。她平时就跟她奶奶玩，感觉她像中年妇女了，特无聊。亲亲抱抱她也没啥感觉。
我就说领证了我就回来工作，就能住她家照顾她了。
