装机求助，装好之后只有显卡灯亮

如题，是微星b550m+5600x ,散热是九州风神的一体式水冷，现在遇到的情况是接通电源只有显卡灯是亮的，散热风扇不转，而且主板也没有自检，感觉就像主板没供电一样，附上图片和视频
