低温慢烤羊腿
盐/糖/甜椒粉/蒜粉/迷迭香/孜然/第戎芥末/酸奶等隔夜腌制先最高温烤上色,裹锡纸加点高汤130度烤了大概5个小时

国产a3和牛菲力,质量真不错极嫩,配了点做作的黑松露
