请问淘宝商品虚假描述应该怎么退货呢

之前的花洒能正常使用，想换个有过滤功能的。在箭牌天猫店买了个过滤增压花洒，标题和商品描述都提到了增压

但是安上以后水养鱼都费劲，没办法正常使用。跟客服说了之后，客服表示补偿30，我说要求退货，客服说不属于质量问题

和淘宝投诉之后因为证据不足被撤销了[s:ac:咦]

应该打12315吗？
