肉片我都看着腌的,厨房有啥用啥,酱油,孜然,十三香,料酒,耗油。
只能说能吃,不知道什么时候能做出那种很嫩很嫩的肉片

卖相不是很好,但好歹吃起来过瘾
今天刚做的,这次腌制加了葱姜蒜,味道很浓烈
用的红薯淀粉,这次多加了些
用的热锅冷油,感觉油还是加少了
