京东自营诱导买到第三方去，还不让推荐，jd会员客服踢皮球

我老婆买窗帘，进的是jd自营店，问的是自营客服，结果发二维码让我老婆上面填信息下单，弹出来的不是她要的全遮光窗帘，再三确认客服后付款，结果是第三方发货过来，不是全遮光的。联系售后，售后变成第三方商家，拒不退款
