我这儿先潮水,香料豆瓣酱等混合炒干,出点红油也被吸进去了,然后有用高压锅的,没高压锅,我用的砂锅小火炖一个小时,出锅前20分钟下萝卜(其实我更喜欢土豆一起闷,可以盖饭吃)
