今天的新政策，所有秋季纯网课的大学的F1留学生统统要离开美国(不只针对中国人，针对的是全世界的非美籍拿F1签证的留学生)，新来的不给发签证也不让入境，学校混合制开线下课的最多只能上一门网课。意思就是逼着大学重开线下教学。这老头真的疯了，本来国际学生来的就少了，很多大学财政吃紧。这一出新政能把本来留在美国的学生也赶跑，这是逼着大学破产呢。
