看别人装修，自己心痒，房子十年了，也装修一下吧

因为原来都是干的这一行业，前年见了一个装修群，现在也有450多人了，看着他们装修自己也开始心痒了起来现在，开始了自己的装修之路，
房子坐标青岛，

房子功能，

居家型工作室，为什么是居家办公室？因为我们长期待在上海，每月回一次青岛需要住，但是他还有展示出样的需求。

拆旧：2天，拆旧真的没法说，现在人工费太高了。

当时房门太矮了，想做极简无边框门，所以把门砸高了。3个门多花了1000块钱砟墙费用

拆旧第二天辅料进场

因为是做这一行业出身，所以对于材料我还是又要求的。水管用的原装进口的，并且不用冷水管，全部使用热水管，防水用的德高，原装进口爱格的欧松板

我们上海张大师，亲赴青岛，水电定位，最后吊顶确定是无主灯加星空顶。原因是自己干星空顶造价便宜，我们的张大师告诉我，自己的人工不算钱，我也是真服了，起步800个小灯珠自己穿。

全无要做地暖，为了为楼下业主负责，我们做了全屋防水

目前为止的总结：

拆旧：因为青岛的人工费比上海便宜，所以拆旧费用比上海略低

水电：是开工到现在最失策的，我们上海的工人那几天正好在忙，掉不过去，在青岛当地找便宜介绍的工人价格不便宜(上海是论间算900一间,我这个房子上海算6件也就是5400)当时因为急，想想贵个1000多也就算了，但是这个活，实在是。。。。。。。估计水电后期还要调上海自己工人过去反点工。所以以后青岛水电项目还是上海调工人吧。来回路费加住宿不一定便宜，但是活好

辅料：全国价格差不多，中规中矩，但是青岛JR注意，买水管一定要说清楚，好像青岛不说都是默认4分管，我们后来谁退了重新进的6分管。




自己家反而没有时间好好设计，连一个效果图都没有，当时就匆匆忙忙搞了一个平面布置图和立体图
