周边棚户区公房拆迁,每户大概50到60平(个别只有10平20平的,也按保底48平计算)。按5.4万/平基数评估价,大概再乘1.5倍系数,最后8万左右一平方。最次的家庭按保底48平计算,400多万。所有人都开开心心拿钱签字了。
唯独一户是老洋房,面积300平左右。目前据说也是按面积计算。唯一一户没有签字的。
