cpu是7800x3d 主板全默认auto
内存金百达6400 c32，抄了个作业6000 c28，其它任何设置都没动

b站看的的负压也折腾过，反正帧数就这样，没啥用，系统win11.电源平衡，但是改了策略，也就是高性能优先什么的
