第一类：接种了中国疫苗的外籍人士

目前新加坡/泰国/印尼/巴西/马来西亚/迪拜/巴基斯坦等国家以及中国香港、澳门等地区都
引进了中国疫苗并为当地居民进行接种，但是绝大多数欧美国家都还未引进中国疫苗。

第二类：对于无法接种中国疫苗的外籍人士，符合以下条件才可办理中国签证

1，如果外籍人士有中国籍直系亲属(即父母，祖父母，外祖父母，配偶，子女)在国内出现了重大紧急健康状况，外籍人士需提供相关医学证明等材料递交至中国使馆，使馆会根据申请人的具体情况颁发签证。所以一旦遇到紧急特殊情况，需要及时回国的，可以给中国驻外使馆写一封邮件说明自身情况，递交相关证明。只要符合条件，中国驻外使馆会回复邮件并将所需资料都准备好一起打包邮寄给大家。等到初审通过大家就可以带上原件，去现场贴签咯。

2，如有中国大陆中的较大型企业邀请外国人入境商务或者入境工作的，则需要企业向当地外事办申请PU邀请函，只有拿到了PU邀请函这份文件，并以扫描件的形式发给外籍申请人，申请人将扫描件以邮件形式发送至中国驻外使馆并对其说明情况才可办理签证。

2. If a large enterprise in China invites foreigners to come to China for business or work, the enterprise needs to apply for a PU invitation from the Local Foreign Affairs Office. Only after the document of the PU invitation is obtained and sent in the form of a scanned copy to the foreign applicants, the applicant will send the scanned copy by mail to the Chinese Embassy in the foreign countries and explain the situation before applying for a visa.
