求助！超频后屏幕出现闪黑情况，怎么回事？

我使用微星主板自带的超频，CPU超到了4.85 内存 4000 屏幕出现闪黑后大概一两秒恢复， 取消超频后，还是会出现这个情况，请问是怎么回事？
