7月尾脚踝骨折养伤胖了10公斤,国庆时候下定决心开卡撸铁。本来想着减肥,结果b站看了大魔风的视频,试了下三分法增肌,肌肉蹭蹭的往上涨。
自由杠铃卧推从30涨到70kg,疯狂高位下拉后引体向上也能拉一个了。深蹲和硬拉练得少一点,比卧推重量多一点点。
就是没管住嘴,体重从79涨到了82kg,加上我身高比较普通,光脚172cm。等脚踝韧带好了还得加点有氧运动,减少体脂。
分别是8,9,10月份的照片,除了肚子别处还挺小块的

11月的背部,肌肉已经蹭蹭涨了
