如题,第一次做可乐饼,做的成馅料了发现太稀了,拿手都怕弄坏了,我看某站视频里都是膏药那种,我这个成糊糊了,求助各位老哥剩下一小盆的馅料还能补救吗[s:ac:晕]

没[s:a2:那个…],要不我明天晾凉[s:a2:自戳双目]让它干巴点[/quote]蔬菜切细点盐杀下水,火腿肠那些都切细点这样才容易成型,土豆热的确实会稀,时间充足还是多晾一下,不一定要面包糠,吃剩的面包片,淀粉,面粉都可以[s:ac:茶],胚子做好了最好冷冻一下再裹鸡蛋液面包糠,这样不容易走形
