老爷子倒车油门当刹车撞了路灯杆，这是有防撞梁，要是没有的话，估计后玻璃后座也不保了。

高速碰撞也有用的。只撞一边的话，能分一部分力到另一边，使整车框架受力，降低整车变形量，提高生还几率。
有用肯定是有用的，能降低低速下的损伤，但是你说有多大用处，甚至想靠这玩意保命？那就鬼扯了。。
