最近频繁蓝屏，实在是有点顶不住了，搞不懂到底是哪里出的问题，准备选择性的升级一下硬件，显卡2060暂时没准备动，准备更新一下主板处理器和内存条，家人们看下选的行吗？现在用的是i5 9400f+B365M，内存条两根8G的，准备换成B550M-PLUS+R7 5800X，内存条也准备升级两根16G，家人们点评一下可否？
另外就是纯电脑小白，没有自己手动装过机，问下这样自己手动
