事情简述
19年初淘宝微软中国官方旗舰店买的精英手柄1代，这两天只狼新模式打着打着LB键坏了，去看了下商品快照，有图写2年质保，遂询问客服要求质保。客服以商品主图为1年质保为由称手柄1年质保；我问那这2年质保的图是不是虚假宣传？客服称那是电脑的质保时间；我寻思你这也没标明是电脑的质保啊，合着故意混淆欺骗消费者呗，继续追问客服，客服称明天(31日)白天给我转接售后，第二天中午我发消息过去直接是未读。
这态度眼看着是要冷处理了，我就去找天猫客服要个说法。网页端问了一个，跟我说是2年质保，您走手机端客服，手机端才有售后处理通道，我帮您转接问题。
我自然听话转去手机端客服继续问，结果手机端客服说这是1年质保啊，您这超了质保时间。
那梁木可更大了，如果是1年质保，那商家虚假宣传+天猫客服谎报2年质保欺骗消费者；如果是2年质保，商家商品主图写的是1年质保，仍旧虚假宣传，而天猫客服也还是欺骗了消费者。
我寻思着这口供都没对上就来当客服也不好吧，继续追问到底是不是虚假宣传，手机端客服说给我转接相应部门，我同意以后转过来的客服一句“正在升级处理”让我等结果了。
好吧，等着也不能干等，咱把这事儿带上脱敏的消息记录发上来给各位评评理顺便看个乐子。
咱不管一般是1年质保还是2年质保，咱只想问问这到底是不是虚假宣传，以及两个天猫客服前后口供不一致是为什么。
