作为老饭骨的忠实粉丝和饼类爱好者,决定学着做一下他们的酱香饼/葱油饼!
1. 一斤面八两水的水面比例,这样和出来的面非常软,不好和面,就用筷子搅!搅完了醒上半小时,要是觉得不够光滑,可以再搅上一会儿,再醒上半小时。

2. 案板上撒面粉,把面饼摊开,抹上油葱盐,不想吃葱油饼不放葱盐也行。。

3. 折起来!

4. 再摊开,越薄越好!

5. 热锅多倒点油,把饼放上去,饼比锅大,没事儿,因为饼薄,所以一部分折起来也没事儿,而且原作是要求起褶的,这样容易刷上酱。

6. 很快就好了,千万不要烧糊了,好了就翻面!

7. 如果是做酱香饼,在翻面之后就可以刷上酱,撒上葱,撒上芝麻,等等,切开来,吃!

8. 葱油饼,那就别刷酱,切开来,吃!
