抖音600万粉丝(现在只有500w了)女网红买房，在全程接受中介服务后，表示1500万的房子只肯给予2-3万中介费.中介说了请互相尊重.女网红直接绕开中介与房东订合同.
中介事后网上曝光其网红，网红报警投诉该中介.
民法典：
第九百六十五条 委托人在接受中介人的服务后，利用中介人提供的交易机会或者媒介服务，绕开中介人直接订立合同的，应当向中介人支付报酬。

目前深圳市房地产中介协会已经发文对“跳单”行为零容忍..
