煎了下,感觉没油脂,煎不出牛排的样子。。。或者,我火太小了?

62度,1个小时,看着不是很嫩,但是吃着很嫩
下次可以缩减到50分钟试试
然后腌制了2个小时,中间厚的地方不进味,下次准备尝试和牛排一样,腌一晚上。。。
如果还是不行,那就准备鸡胸对半破开,然后里面也撒调料,然后盖回去,用绳子塑个型再试试
