我有错，语气不太友善，主要是他每次测量都要进行大的调整，我每次都跟他商量好了方案，上次还说空间不够，把设计图沿中间对称翻转了，左右的布局对调了，导致我冰箱油烟机灶台尺寸都有危险，差点放不下冰箱
然后中间有一次去店里，还有客户大吵大闹，说付了钱后就不管了，所以我印象比较差，这次语气不太和善
她这个话什么意思呢，一开始说做不了圆弧踢脚线，后面又能做了
