香烤酱油鸡,皮脆肉嫩汁水滴

超市买了只两斤半的鸡,去掉屁股洗干净,均匀抹一层老抽一层生抽一层蚝油揉搓,放半小时入味后肚子塞葱姜和八角香叶等香料进电饭煲干蒸(为防粘锅底,可垫上几片姜和葱结。 )蒸至电饭煲跳了以后翻面再蒸一次。
