新组装的电脑，系统是WINDOWS11，装主板驱动都没问题，但是安装AMD显卡驱动安装程序报错：由于用于安装的指定目录有访问限制，AMD Software安装程序无法继续，右键以管理员身份运行也不行，尝试删除安装包重新下载，发现无法删除，提示没有administrators的权限，但是我对文件夹，C盘和E盘都设置了完全控制的权限，请问下如何解决呢？只有重装系统吗？
