断断续续少吃加运动. 体重都58公斤了,身高169. 上腹部不胖,下腹部太大,挺胸收腹还能平,放松了就很大. 继续减?只减胳膊腿的肉. 增肌?一增就长肚子.
我奶奶遗传下来的这基因太强大了. 全家人都是枣核身材,个个大肚子小细腿. 我奶奶睡觉都不能平躺,都是侧卧, 因为要把肚子放在一边,要不太压得慌.... 这可怎么办?
