[水一帖]我看抖音有个裁判员韩栩说soma步是完全符合篮球规则的啊。。

根据规则，确认中枢脚后，另外一只脚可以随便移动，移动后变成第二步，然后不管单脚还是双脚跳必须完成上篮动作，如果跳起来没出球算违例。。。
