一方水土一方美食，我生在西北，从小喜欢吃烤肉，走遍祖国大部分地区，吃过新疆云贵川沿海各种烤肉，还是认为西北回民的烤出来的肉最有味道。

一般吧，去兰州吃过几家网上推荐比较多的。一般。整个甘肃走下来，在敦煌夜市有家焖烤的还算好吃。
