最近电脑莫名其妙出现卡顿状况，想问问论坛老哥有没有什么建议
卡顿状况：
1. 鼠标每隔几秒至几分钟或者十几分钟不等会忽然卡住不动，随后朝之前滑动的方向过量偏移。
2. 键盘打字也有类似的问题，举个例子打英文单词 apple 在字母 l 处卡顿，会在1秒内没反应，之后出现很多个l，变成了 appllllllllllllle 。
3. 但是电脑本身使用不卡，比如看视频时滑动鼠标，鼠标会卡顿，但视频播放依然顺畅，玩游戏同理。
因为卡顿出现的十分频繁，已经严重影响了日常使用鼠标和打字，玩很多游戏也受到了影响，所以不能无视了准备好好解决一下。
想先说说我都做了哪些努力
1. 应该不是外设问题：鼠标键盘均为有线，且在其他电脑试过没有类似问题
2. 应该不是系统问题：格式化硬盘并重装了win10，依然有同样卡顿问题
3. 应该不是硬盘问题：我有两块ssd，分别装了win10重试，都能复现这个问题
4. 应该不是显卡问题：在重装过程中我发现安装界面甚至是bios也会出现鼠标的卡顿
综上所述，接下来再定位问题有点超出我的能力之外了，能怀疑的也只有cpu 主板 和 内存了，贴一下我的配置

准备网购个新的cpu和主板试试看效果，但毕竟挺大一笔花销，消费前想问问各位老哥有没有什么办法能更好的定位问题，或者有没有谁之前遇到过类似问题，感激不尽！
