9950x3d 风冷水冷对比测试 还是水冷静音

一开始用的p60t 3000暴力扇，日常使用率50%-70% 风扇转速2300-2600。太吵就想着换水冷试试，同cpu使用率下水冷风扇转速1200-1450转确实静音了，九州风神冰爆。
