小白第一次自己配主机，大佬们能指点一下不，看哪里还能改进一下

预算还有一点，想问问换个12900kf还是换个好点的水冷还是再多买两个风扇(怕散热不太够)。平时也就打打游戏，还有就是ml。提前谢谢大佬们了。
