所谓的西餐就是食材的堆砌罢了,不需要技巧的咖喱海鲜饭

备料:鱿鱼切小块下热水烫熟,大虾蒸熟剥出虾肉,青椒洋葱口蘑切碎,四个鸡蛋。

锅里热油把剩米饭炒开,然后加入四个蛋黄、糖、盐炒成颗粒状,盛碗里备用。

蛋清下锅炒一下,加入糖和醋,放到炒米饭里

锅里加一点油,倒入口蘑洋葱和黄油块炒香,加糖盐黑胡椒粉,然后加入大虾、鱿鱼和咖喱块,用海鲜的汁水把咖喱化开

咖喱完全化开后,稍微加点水防止糊锅,倒入青椒,把咖喱味道搅拌均匀,然后把米饭倒进去翻炒一下,装盘

按说已经可以吃了,但应芝士控的闺女要求,又铺了一层红车打芝士,在锅里蒸融化
