每次都是上了床有运动下的想法[s:ac:瞎],尤其是睡不着的时候,穿衣服又太麻烦,俯卧撑和仰卧起坐有幅度太大(把被子热气都跑没了),断断续续做几分钟的平板支撑累了正好睡觉。
还有就是平板支撑到底是练啥地方的啊?
还有别的类似平板支撑的维持性的能和他互补的锻炼方式么?
