装个别的不是太过流氓的，把他顶掉，比如火绒
或者重装一个纯净版系统，直接装删掉defender的系统

我就用360
火绒那几把玩意儿慢得要死，同一个文件火绒扫一遍360都能扫3遍了，什么龟速东西[s:ac:抠鼻]
换呀，有条件也不装杀毒，在虚拟机中进行相关软件下载。
基本只要不下载。win10 win11 不装杀毒是可以的
定时 单机离线扫毒

直接这个手动删除def 然后注册表去安全模式里删
应该是临时的表现吧，实在不行重装系统看看，
还有你是不是有HDD连主板上
你这占用高的都不正常了，感觉系统不对劲，重装一下吧
