从上周末一直扯皮到现在,从线下官方售后店找到线上客服中心,最后线上客服的意思是,我这种烧屏是OLED正常特性,在保修期内也不算质量问题,不服的话再找线下售后点再测试。。。。
而且投诉也没用,他们说不是质量问题就不是质量问题,就这样了,反正就是不给修。。。
彻底服了,越想越气,这就是华为?态度全程没把消费者当回事那种态度,搞来搞去都预设消费者有问题,最后也全是消费者自己的事,OLED本来就会烧屏所以跟华为无关,活久见了。
