看论坛里推荐的是厚铁锅,理由是,储存热量多,这样肉放下去之后锅的温度能保持一致

然后我今天上网搜了一下,谷歌推荐的不锈钢锅,然后上面专门注明了“Steak”用的锅。但是,产品描述写的是“快速加热,快速冷却,使得肉crispy并防止烧焦”,耐热250度,同时仍然有防粘锅涂层(听说这个不健康?)

这锅靠谱吗?(有没有老哥推荐下关键字或者牌子呀,最好是英文的。。。属于我不懂,估计翻译不靠谱)

wmf的东西没有便宜的吧…铸铁买lodge就行,应该便宜的多

[s:a2:恨][/quote]不追求焦化层的话其实什么锅都行。 铸铁锅对我来说只是方便进烤箱,多看就会发现即使需要焦化层只要不是不沾锅都能用,就是难洗。

其实那种带点平底的精铁炒锅就很好用
