今年四月份，国际原子能机构IAEA给日本的原子能废水处理方式出了份review report。
在review report的十六页亲口承认日本的处理水只有不计算氚也只有不到28%符合排放标准的情况下，IAEA依然坚持给日本的排放背书。

之前有人说后疫情世界全球可能就我们还有节操，我现在信了。
所以事实很明显了，最可怕的事情，其实不是这次排放，而是开了这种“完全不符合标准但是我给你排放背书”的恶劣操作。
我倒是想问问了，对比起钟院士给体外实验结果背书。
国际原子能组织这波直接给不合排放监管标准的排放行为背书属于什么层次的恰饭行为？

有大佬纵览了整篇review report，在#21做了个总结，IAEA很鸡贼，只是背书“如果日本做到XXX了，那排放没问题”。
并没有直接保证“日本虽然XXX，但排放没问题”。
实际上是我之前的说法不够谨慎。

3. 现在的废水经过二次净化后，除了氚外的其他放射性物质的含量能达标。不过，二次净化的执行和监督也是你的事。
