牛腱子炖着口感怎么样?腱子一般我家都是做酱牛肉
炖牛肉的话用腰窝
炖菜的话,用牛腩会不会口感更好一点?
牛腱子更多的是用来做酱牛肉的?
牛腱子比较柴,还是建议整个不切直接做酱牛肉,不用高压锅的话炖两小时再静置泡一宿,最后切片出来口感比较好
