意外得到了一袋子个头很大的鲜对虾,以前只料理过冷冻的大对虾,或者鲜的阿根廷红虾和黑虎虾,没搞过新鲜大对虾,请问这种虾怎么烹饪最美味?盐焗?糖醋?白灼?蒜茸?

参考了各位的推进,今天时间不够了先清蒸蘸辣椒小葱酱油来吃几只,明天用整虾做个海鲜粥试试

一口下去确实是Q弹鲜美啊,味道和口感跟大号的罗氏沼虾很像,以前我只吃过肉都冻散了的冷冻大对虾,没想到鲜对虾的味道这么好
