夏天到了,楼主体重太大户外行动很不方便,于是想减减肥,前三个月取得了还不错的开头,但随着体重下降也想塑形提升一下自己。现在只做胸肩手臂
肩是5kg哑铃侧平举*10*4
胸是卧推和斜上卧推40-60*6*4(取决于状态)
手臂是7.5kg哑铃弯举和后颈推举?*10*4(公二公三)
偶尔做飞鸟练背,引体还完全拉不动(不能成组)一周会力竭两次,有氧两次。
近两周虽然体重在减少,但肌肉围度却完全不增加了
饭一直正常吃(自己做饭吃的干净,基本满足训练计划比例)
求大哥指点一下,是该多吃还是多练
