做起来也超简单:超市买的2-3斤白条鸡(我这是海南的文昌鸡),用网上买的盐焗粉化水烧开下鸡,煮个几分钟七八成熟关火浸泡,泡至完全入味(我老婆连汤带鸡扔冰箱放了一晚上)后捞出进烤箱烤半小时,中间翻身一次就妥妥的了。皮下脂肪全都烤没了,皮又脆又薄,肉又鲜又嫩,撕一块汁水四溢,香味扑鼻。
