之前请朋友在家吃饭做了地锅鸡,吃一半加水下的面片(视频怎么传不了),感觉鸡肉挺便宜的,就又买了几个琵琶腿,把地锅鸡剩的鸡头鸡爪鸡杂加鸡腿骨炖成鸡汤,一半鸡腿肉加香菇做了香菇鸡丁浇头,做成了香菇鸡丁的鸡汤米线和面。剩下一半鸡肉炸过后做了双椒鸡拌面。
都是以前在饭店吃过,凭感觉做的,成品出奇的不错,就是浇头的酱味不是很完美,配比还需要再摸索摸索。
