鸡胸肉吃完了,还没买

所以拿牛肉顶着

3CM,52℃,50分钟。。。

都OK。。。然后拿出来煎一下

结果来了个电话。。。所以有一面煎了不知道多久。。。

切开一看,果然,明显有一边煎的厉害了,那半边基本没粉红色了

煎完以后不要洗锅,用红酒加牛骨底汤收汁做酱汁,不要浪费一点风味。

别闹,这看着就是一片Sirloin(而且还是看起来没有很贵的那种),肥切掉的话还不如不吃了。这部分的肉质比肋眼糙,不是很建议移除油脂部分。
