作息是每天晚上开黑到12~1点,复习考研3小时,4~5点睡觉到下午2~3点,洗漱吃第一顿餐,吃完半小时健身房,出来之后下午6~8点吃第二餐,吃完开黑dota[s:ac:喘]
五月份之前是节食几乎无运动同时几乎杜绝碳水,5.21开始进入健身房抗阻锻炼,因为锻炼需要在每天饮食中控制了大概30%的碳水摄入。[s:ac:茶]
核心就在控制每天只吃1000卡,偶尔破戒吃到1200卡,第二天吃800卡还债。[s:a2:大哭]
可乐只喝百事的无糖[s:ac:茶]
维生素靠吃药品[s:ac:汗]
放一下近几天饮食图。(午餐和晚餐的标注不用看,总之就是一天两餐)(生抽老抽热量没算,盐是0卡,糖用代糖)(之前吃完原味鸡剩余热量一般用清蒸比目鱼和籽虾补充,最近不粘锅到货沉迷煎鸡腿肉和鸡蛋)
