问闺女明天早上想吃啥,说想吃本地特色菜豆腐箱,于是坦克也不打了,忙活了大半个小时

豆腐切3*3*5的长方块下锅炸到表面脆,捞出晾干到表面回潮柔软

选一个长方面切三面出一个盖子,用小勺掏出里面的嫩豆腐备用

火腿,竹笋,还有掏出的豆腐剁碎,和虾皮一起下锅炒熟,注意不要炒太干

回填到空的豆腐箱里上锅蒸,因为是素馅,水开十五分钟就好,如果是肉馅至少半小时

西红柿木耳黄瓜切丁,一勺酱油半勺醋一点鸡精炒汁,最后加一点调开的水淀粉勾芡

浇到蒸好的豆腐箱上,撒点香菜末就完成了

因为是准备的明天的早饭,所以没有炒汁的照片,见谅

想想十几年前,我也是个洗衣做饭都不会的妈宝,唉
