没买过高等级澳洲和牛,想问下这种情况正常吗

前天下单了一批643厂的m7-m8澳和眼肉盖

片型不大,雪花说实话也就那样,没有我想象中的m8的模样

但是很奇怪,每一片低温烹饪之后都自然分成了两片,中间明明没有脂肪连接

是正常的吗?

另外1688买牛排都特么6kg 12kg起,有压力啊
