优柔寡断的我做了三种吃法的虾,白灼、蒜茸、醉虾

平时只吃便宜虾的我偶然入手了极少能吃到的高级虾,慎重地来论坛问做法,得到了很多不同的回答,该怎么抉择呢?干脆都做吧!

白灼很简单,蒸出来真漂亮

开背虾有点难做,主要是活虾开背老是乱跳,好不容易开好背,等虾死透了不会再蹦哒了,弄了蒜茸塞进去,加上粉丝和蒸鱼豉油蒸熟,然后淋上花椒热油。

最后还是忍不住来了个醉虾,美食当前死就死吧……吓得闺女一个劲说爸爸你吃完活虾一定要吃药
