各位彦祖麻烦看看，总共30层，买了2号楼的4层，99平中间户型，其他楼层均价270，这个总价265。买了之后心里一直怕以后住的不舒服啥的，心里有疙瘩，麻烦各位帮忙看看买的合适不合适，谢谢
