昨天想烤个猪肋排,网上搜了些教程,其中提到“剥去筋膜”,结果我撕了半天也撕不掉,一次就撕掉那么一小块…最后烦了,想着划几刀一样入味。最终就是烤出来卖相凑合,吃着口感不咋行,怀疑还是没撕筋膜导致的。
各位老哥有啥秘诀吗?
