我去东部沿海出差基本不太吃面。大概率是机器面就不说了,个人吃不惯。即使是陕西风格的扯面,口感也是改良过的,一是煮的时间普遍偏长,出来面太软了,二是辣椒味道太奇怪还有的甚至拿剁椒代替油泼辣子[s:a2:偷吃]到了当地还是吃当地的东西感觉舒服一点。
